Shipping Policy
At G2A, we are committed to delivering your new e-bike safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Because e-bikes are large, high-value items equipped with specialized lithium-ion batteries, we work with premium freight and courier partners to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has officially shipped.
We currently ship to USA, CANADA AND EUROP Delivery times depend on your location:
Standard E-Bike Delivery: 7–15 business days (delivered via specialized freight due to battery size).
Accessories & Spare Parts: 5–10 business days (delivered via standard courier).
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to meet these timelines, occasional shipping carrier delays are outside of our control.
E-Bikes: We offer Free Shipping on all G2A e-bike orders.
Accessories: Shipping fees for individual parts or accessories will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Because e-bikes are delivered in large, heavy boxes, a signature is generally required upon delivery.
We highly recommend inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.
If you notice significant damage to the box, please take photos immediately and contact our support team at contact@g2a.com.se.
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
