Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Transit Time: E-bikes are shipped via specialized freight carriers due to their size and lithium-ion batteries. Delivery usually takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can follow its journey.
Important Note: Because e-bike shipments are large and high-value, an adult signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the box for any visible damage before signing.
We want you to love your G2A ride. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your e-bike must be unused, free from dirt and wear, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Battery Regulations: E-bike batteries are classified as hazardous materials for shipping. You must use our authorized shipping labels and follow our specific packaging instructions to return an e-bike safely.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Note: Return shipping fees may apply.
